Any business starts with registration. For the street trade in ice cream, you will need to register as an IP and choose UTII (check that this tax regime is available in your region). It is also necessary to decide in advance in what form the trade will be made. The street format is different in that it allows two options:
stationary trade – the sale is carried out from an equipped outlet: a chest freezer under a large umbrella;
dynamic trading – sales are carried out using transport. This may be an equipped van, cart or bicycle, on which a mini-fridge is installed.

Each of the options has its advantages and disadvantages. Stationary trade will be cheaper than buying a van. But dynamic trading allows you to move from place to place in search of more successful points. And then you can earn at times more than at a stationary point. The disadvantage of mobile commerce is that it attracts increased attention from the SES. The slightest violation of the rules of storage and sale of ice cream can lead to fines and even closure of the point.
